Double exposure photography is a technique that combines two different exposures into a single image, layering one photograph over another to create a merged visual effect. This feature is an experimental project aimed at creating photographs made by two or more people who share a meaningful relationship.
PHOTOGRAPHY by Hanna Putz and Daniel Richter EDIT by Runa Anzai
For Double Exposure, featured in the second issue of PARTNERS, we invited photographer Hanna Putz and her partner, painter Daniel Richter. Together, they founded PAMPAM Publishing, a publishing house that curates and releases books with a refreshingly free and unconventional approach. The Double Exposure series they created together feels like a reflection of their relationship—full of energy, freedom, and connection. It’s a series of striking images that carries a powerful sense of creative synergy.
